Dry white wine, great freshness, result of the interesting blend of Macabeo, Muscat and Chardonnay.
With a clear and bright color, our white Solimar offers us an intense, fresh and floral aroma where appetizing notes of pineapple and green apple come from its remarkable primary aromas.
Elegant bouquet with a long and surprising evolution in the mouth. To emphasize its elegant silkiness, great persistence and balanced citric acidity that make this wine a soft white, balanced, elegant and of great freshness.
Intense aftertaste reminiscent of tropical fruits.
Great companion of soft starters, smoked fish, seafood, fish and various salads.
– Percentage of varieties: 80% Macabeo, 10% Muscat and 10% Chardonnay

Our vines are grown on trellises and pruned by medium-long pruning.
Our grapes matured at different times, and after performing the strictest maturation controls.
We carefully fermented these 3 varieties separately at a controlled temperature of between 14 and 16ºC for 15 days to respect and preserve the character and aroma of our grapes. Later this magnificent
appreciable coupage on the palate.
