MAS DE VALLS

Brut Nature, bright and sustained pale in yellow color with green tones. Its fine bubbles form an elegant “perlage”. Intense and elegant with seductive aromas and different ripe fruits of apple and lemon with subtle presence of notes of aging. Silky palate with a tingling sensation. Rich in the mouth dominating fresh fruit with a balanced acidity. This Brut Nature occupies a privileged position as an aperitif.

Elegant accompaniment for fish and seafood with or without creamy sauces.

Serve preferably at a temperature between 5-8ºC.

CHARDONNAY TRILOGY

Made 100% with white Chardonnay grape. Golden apple flavor, sweet notes of peach and apricot. Grapefruit notes that give freshness to the aroma, end of toasted grain bread.
Sumptuous palate with body and structure, wide entrance on the palate with flavors of homemade cake with notes of orange cake.

It is recommended to keep it at a temperature of 15ºC and serve it preferably at a temperature between 5-8ºC

MONT GERBE

The Cava Mont Gerbe, is a Brut Nature wine cellar and therefore without any liquor of expedition added, reason why it conserves the most characteristic properties of its coupage balanced as much in aroma as in acidity.

Ideal for appetizers or as a good companion of light dishes, pasta, soft meat, fish and seafood.

Very suitable to taste it, at a compress temperature between 5 and 7 ºC.
