Elegant red raspberry with subtle violet tones, this blend of Tempranillo, Merlot and Garnacha gives us a young wine, original and exquisitely fresh.
On the nose, it displays an intense aroma of ripe red fruits reminiscent of currant and raspberry with light notes of green pepper on a delicate background perfectly structured between fruit and acid.
It presents a finely balanced palate that will allow an accurate evolution of the wine.
In the mouth we verify the frankness of this wine as we taste what the nose has revealed to us. Long, slightly acidic sensations with a long, tasty and pleasant aftertaste.
Very versatile wine that perfectly accompanies the pasta, rice dishes, pizzas in short, all kinds of light and exotic foods.

Percentage of varieties: 10% Merlot, 50% Tempranillo and 40% Garnacha.
Alcohol content: 13%
Total acidity: 5.4 g / l
– Residual sugar: 1.3 g / l
Recommended storage temperature: 14/16  C.
Recommended serving temperature: 6º / 8º C

Our vines are grown on trellises and pruned by medium-short pruning. Our grapes matured at different times, and after performing the strictest maturation controls, the tempranillo variety was harvested at the end of September, the Merlot at the beginning of September and the Grenache at the beginning of October. Its delicious style is the result of a controlled maceration of the varieties, where the key is a short contact between the skins and the must. We carefully fermented these excellent varieties separately at a controlled temperature around 16ºC for 16 days to respect and preserve the character and aroma of our grapes. Later this magnificent coupage was made appreciable on the palate.
