Intense and elegant, where the aromas of youth are in harmony with varietal aromas and aging. Seductive and different aromas of ripe fruits of apple and lemon with subtle presence of notes of aging (butter).
Silky palate with a tingling sensation coming from the fine bubbles. This wine is rich in the mouth: dominant, fresh fruit with a balanced acidity. It is also broad and long.

The vineyards that surround our Castle Mas De Valls stand out for our typical Mediterranean characteristics. These characteristics, combined with our delicate climate, allow us to produce fine and aromatic white wines, which we use to produce our best sparkling wines. The grapes have been harvested at their optimum (before ripening) acidity.
Once the must has been extracted and filtered separately for each variety, the first fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16º-18ºC for about 10 days. At the end of this process, the must becomes wine.
To make our sparkling wines we use the “traditional method”, therefore, the second fermentation takes place in a bottle, in contact with its own yeasts. It is carried out inside the cave at a constant temperature of 13º-16º during a time of 15 months of aging.
