Sumptuous white wine made from our rich Chardonnay Mediterranean grapes of great character and personality. Personality coming from its fermentation and aging in French, American, Hungarian, Russian, Roman, Slovak and German oak barrels and later batonnage.
The fermentation and the time that our Chardonnay has spent in the barrel gives it a crystalline yellow color and a light golden color.
Intense varietal aroma, a banana, enhanced with the multiple variety of aromas provided by the different oaks in which it has been fermented and aged. Complex and elegant aromas spiced with coconut and vanilla with some original citrus touches and with light lactic sensations.
Magnificent bouquet and boasts a perfect balance between acidity, sweetness and complexity. On the palate, the sincerity of this magnificent wine revolts, as the spicy and fruity aromas persisted, previously detected in the nose, which gain intensity in the mouth and end in a fascinating and long aftertaste.
Sublime with baked or grilled fish, as well as smoked meats, white meats, light entrees and dishes flavored with soft creams.

– Recommended storage temperature: 14/16 C.
– Recommended serving temperature: 17/18 C

Our Chardonnay vines are grown on trellises and are pruned by Royat double cord.
After carrying out the strictest maturation controls, our Chardonnay was harvested at its optimum ripeness, at the beginning of September. The fermentation in American, French, Hungarian, Russian, Slovak, German and Roman oak barrels is carried out for 24 days at a controlled temperature of between 14 and 16ºC, which gives our Chardonnay an inimitable personality. Later it is shortly aged making the appropriate batonnage so that the aromas are finished forming. Then the assembly is made and results in an unexpectedly extraordinary wine.
